Silver Birch - Fell. This due to the fact there is significant movement in the tree's root plate, to the point where the concrete patio surrounding it has lifted and cracked. Over time the concrete patio has compromised the trees ability to add sufficient reaction wood and buttress roots to it's base, causing insufficient support as the tree has grown taller in its already crowded environment. The tree poses significant risk to people and surrounding property if left in its current state.
