Rear garden/woodland: Sycamores along Western border, overhanging parking area for flats : Crown raise to 20ft above ground, up to just below the first significant lateral of ~ 6-7 inch basal diameter. Prune to clear BT cable on car park side (this should be achieved within the description of crown raising). Reason - to allow more light into parking area and ground floor flats, and to clear the rubbing BT cable in one of the trees. Sycamore with largely dead upper crown (tree number 0277), midway along Western border: Fell. Reason - the upper crown is extensively dead, and there is also one large hung up branch. The area is a woodland garden and there is a risk of falling branches to anyone working under or near this tree. Small Sycamore between large Beech and Wych Elm(tree number 0299): Fell. Reason - there are numerous dead branches in the upper crown, which is largely overhanging the neighbouring garden. This tree is overshadowed by the adjacent very large Beech and Wych Elm and is not going to thrive.
