Beech (T1): Located at the front lawn of property (closest tree to building) tagged #1038. Proposal: Reduce crown overgrowing property by approx 4m to give min 1m skygap from wall (max cut 12cm). Reason: Crown has overgrown roofline and is causing dampness and excessive litter drop. Ash (T2): Located at the front left border of property.
