Tree is very mature and healthy but overhangs the bungalow considerably, property owner is concerned that if left the possibility of any limb failures over time or in bad weather will do considerable damage to the bungalow. Also the size of the tree causes excessive restriction to light through back windows and throughout the left hand side of the garden.
