The purpose of the fence is for privacy, security and heritage reasons, using the old existing post holes and to replace the heritage gate and fence (hence the properties name - Postgates). The double driveway gates are a new addition and are will be set back 3.3m minimum from the boundary line. The construction is in keeping with the majority of the roads front boundaries.
