Amendments to granted elevations (LA05/2022/0830/F) regarding Units 1 – 6:- 1. Amend the roof; remove internal gutters and parapets on the front elevation. 2. The enclosed site plan shows the changes from a dual pitched roof with parapets, to a mono pitched roof without parapets. The roof would slope down to the car park area to the front of the Units, but the rear roof elevation will look like the same as previously approved and will finish at the same height. The proposed alterations also indicate the windows being removed and replaced with brickwork infill in its place to match the previously granted.
