Proposal

For a Certificate of Lawful Use for installation of an electrical load bank housed within a 20-foot high-cube ISO shipping container (approx. 6.06m x 2.44m x 2.90m), on a small reinforced concrete pad on existing operational land within the anaerobic digestion facility, approximately 18m south of the existing CHP unit. An adjacent dry cooler will sit alongside the container on the same pad (combined pad approx. 6.3m x 5.2m, 200mm reinforced concrete slab on a compacted Type-1 sub-base, no piles, no deep foundations, no tie-downs). The container is delivered complete by HGV, placed under its own weight, and connected to the CHP by armoured cable in a shallow trench. It is not bolted or fixed to the pad and can be removed in a single lift if no longer needed. There is no change to the inputs, throughput, operating hours, vehicle movements, staffing, lighting or external appearance of the wider AD facility
