This is 5 days notice of work to the tree in the front garden (copper beech tree) of 100 Burnt Ash Hill (SE12 0HT) which is under TPO. FRONT: ONE Copper Beech Tree (T1) (ht. 25m) PRUNING - REMOVE DEAD BRANCH. REASON: Branch is decaying and presents dangers to persons and property, particularly next door's (98) car. We will be removing the one dead branch from the tree as this is decaying rapidly and if this suddenly falls it is a danger to residents (at 100 and 98 Burnt Ash Hill) as well as danger to next door's car. No other work will be done to the tree.
