REAR: ONE: Oak tree (T1) FELL to gorund level. REASON: The removal of the existing tree is essential to facilitate the expansion of a safe and accessible nursery play area. The tree's root system has caused significant surface disruption and persistent trip hazards which directly compromises child safety and prevents the ground from being properly leveled. By removing the tree, the nursery is able to use the area without worry of compromising safety standards. Another oak will be planted as a replacement. Please see attached letter from the school.
