REAR: ONE Eucalyptus tree (T1) Ht 12.5m Spread 8m FELL to ground level. REASON: The tree is in an inappropriate location overhanging the railway. CA permission was granted 2 years ago for a reduction, which was applied for when a previous resident lived at the property. This work was not carried out. We and the current resident think it prudent to remove this tree, taking into account the fact that the railway will have to be closed every time it needs to be worked on, at great expense to the resident. It will also pose a hazard to the railway lines if allowed to continue growing.
