Replacement of the roof covering with Cedral Rivendale Blue-Black artificial slates. Replacement of the existing single glazed sash windows to the front elevation of the property with new timber framed double glazed replacement windows, matching the original style. The replacement windows are to be painted white and will replicate the detailing of the original windows in terms of the glazing pattern, fenestration, and frame. Sash handles to be retained and reused where existing. Please refer to elevation drawings. Replacement of existing sash and casement windows to the rear of the property with new UPVC framed double glazed replacements where not visible to the public realm. Where rear/side windows are visible to the public realm they will be replaced as white painted timber. Please refer to elevation drawings. Replacement of front doors in timber to match existing. Replacement of rear doors with new UPVC double glazed replacements. Please refer to elevation drawings. Window surround repair where required painted to match existing. Masonry repair with reclaimed London Stock Bricks and lime mortar to match existing.
