TG3 Goat Willow: Crown lift to approximately 4m above ground level over the garden. TG4 Apple x4 and Plum x1: Crown reduce branch ends by approximately 0.5m to 1m, with emphasis on longer protruding growth, to form rounded canopies. TG5 Apple x2: Crown reduce to the vicinity of previous pruning points. T6 Bay: Remove upper central leader and prune crown to retain a rounded form. T8 Apple: Crown reduce by approximately 0.5m beyond previous reduction points. T10 Greengage: Crown reduce by approximately 1.5m to 2m. T11 Apple: Crown reduce by approximately 1.5m to 2m. T12 Bay, neighbouring garden: Reduce height by approximately 3m. T13 Pear, neighbouring garden: Reduce height by approximately 3m. Council Note: Clarification was sought from the agent on 14 September 2026 regarding the extent of pruning to the small fruit tree beneath T2 and TG4. The agent subsequently confirmed reductions of up to approximately 0.5m and approximately 0.5m to 1m respectively, and confirmed the revised specification. Works to ivy, rose and other non-tree vegetation have been omitted from the Section 211 description. Works described as removal of a dead tree, deadwood and a dead stem have also been omitted from the decision record.
