Proposal
5 WORKING DAYS' NOTICE - REMOVAL OF A DEAD TREE T1 - Purple plum (Prunus cerasifera), approx. 6m in height, in the garden of 19 Coombe Ridings. Proposed works: Fell to ground level and remove from site. Reason for works: The tree is dead. It is completely covered in ivy and wisteria, which are adding weight and wind loading to dead, deteriorating wood, and the tree is at risk of failure. This is submitted as 5 working days' notice of the removal of a dead tree, which is exempt from the requirement for consent under the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012. Photographs can be provided on request.
