The tree is a weeping willow, next to my garage. It is in terrible condition and 2 branches have fallen off so far. One hit my garage and the other fell into my neighbour's back garden. It is over 7 metres tall. I want to completely cut down the tree so that it is no longer an issue for both parties, as I am afraid of any further damage.
