The proposed installations and alterations fall within the Ecclesiastical Exemption (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Order 1994 (as amended) and therefore a Listed Building Consent application under the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) is not required. These aspects of the proposal will be dealt with under the faculty procedure.
