Fix radiator at front entrance; treat damp and mould on all walls throughout apartment, waterproof, prime and paint; sand black wooden floors to original natural colour; modernise kitchen with quality cupboards, new electric appliances, sanitary ware, counter tops. move oven to fridges current position, thereby moving perishables away from window; add water purifier tap to kitchen tap; switch out current boiler and water cylinder with electric combi boiler system; current water cylinder takes up much needed space in bedroom, replace with slim lined modern version combined with combo boiler for quick hot water solution; move cupboards in second bedroom from North West 300░ wall to South West 225░ wall, preserving all cornices and skirting boards; replace and modernise all bedroom and loft fitted cupboards; replace all bulbs throughout property with energy efficient LED lights; modernise both bathrooms with new sanitary ware, vanities and tiles; move main bathroom shower plumbing to adjacent wall; all plumbing therefore be on same side of bathroom as the vanity and toilet plumbing; add electric floor heating in both bathrooms; fix existing leaks around current shower glass in both bathrooms with new shower glass and professionally seal; build electrical conduit running above skirting into the wall so is not visible; lift all carpets to inspect any damage from damp issues, fix issues if needed and replace with new carpets; check all smoke/heat detection points and all electrical sockets and switches. A full electrical survey to be carried out, and installation of an internet docket for internet connection.
