Construct 3 No. four bed dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Alter vehicular accesses onto La Rue du Marais a la Cocque. Various extensions and external alterations to each dwelling): Install 3 No. gates to vehicular accesses onto La Rue du Marais a la Cocque. Install swimming pool to North of House 1 and North of House 2. Install 1 No. rooflight to East elevation and 2 No. rooflights to North elevation of House 2.: Retrospective: Change of use of land to the west of the approved shed from agriculture to commercial use with a tarmac finish. 2No. commercial doors added to the west elevation of the approved shed. Lay additional concrete hardstanding to the north & west sides of the approved shed. Relocate & extend embankment & planting to the north side of the approved shed. Install bunded diesel storage tank to south west corner of the approved shed. Concrete hardstanding laid in lieu of the approved compacted hoggin roadway & parking to the south side of the approved shed. Access roadway to the south increased in width to include additional parking & laid as tarmac in lieu of the approved compacted hoggin. Roadside access width increased & laid as concrete hardstanding in lieu of the approved compacted hoggin. The construction of roadside entrance walls & metal gates. Revised planting to western boundary. Change of use of land from commercial to domestic to extend the approved gardens to 3No houses. Existing shed to house 1 (Sumbawa) retained & install gated access.
