It has recently had several limbs split out (FairwayTPO4ph1 and 2), one of which struck the decking of caravan E17 with enough force to brake the hand rail (FairwayTPO4ph5). Where the broken limbs have opened spaces in the canopy surrounding limbs have begun to split presumably due to the new exposure to the wind.(FairwayTPO4ph3 and 4.)
