1. Ash tree - a hard crown reduction of 50% to make it safe. On slope to sea near to steps and path down from garden, has been progressively leaning over, particularly this past summer 2022 and tree surgeon has identified a historic chain saw cut at the base of the trunk. The tree is at risk of falling on users of the garden and pathway to sea. 2. Ash tree behind Tree 1 has severe Ash die-back disease - Reduction of crown 50%. It's in danger of falling on users of path to sea. To ensure safety and then leave as natural habitat. 3. Ash tree in hedging to right of house at the back near pool - Cut to ground level. Tree surgeon has confirmed that this has Ash die-back disease and is dead/ dying. 4. Coppicing of hazel trees around steps to sea to improve access and to maintain sea view as per previous application granted 16 September 2016.
