Amended proposal 07.12.2022: T1; English Oak - Reduce the crown by a 30%. The tree has slightly uprooted in the past but stabilized, but it is leaning towards the properties. It is vigorous and becoming very dominant towards the property and the occupants and starting to grow heavily towards the property. A heavy reduction will increase stability, remove the dominance and nuisance, give much more light to all properties and give a greater period before future maintenance which will be easier to carry out in the future. T2; English Oak - Remove thin tree of poor form forced growth due to better adjacent trees competition. T3; Sycamore - Remove small sapling within lower wooded storey. Removal of T2 and T3 is to be considered as woodland management practice of thinning out to allow more light to both the garden and property and benefit better adjacent trees.
