T2; Sycamore - pollard at approx. 3 m to rejuvenate as a more compact and manageable crown. 3 x Sycamore trees in the 'pollard group' - 1) Twin-stemmed sycamore - retain (dominant) stem nearest sea in current state. Sub-dominant stem to have crown reduced by approx. 30% to reduce overhang and improve form and susceptibility to high winds. Supressed sycamore. adjacent - remove. T3; Multi-stemmed sycamore with heavy ivy infestation - remove/reduce (as appropriate) over extended limbs to mitigate risk of wind-damage. Coppice group - as per original notification, but to retain the well-formed maiden sycamore to the upper left of the chalkpit as an isolated feature. Lower limbs to be removed up to approx. 3m.
