T1; Veteran yew - The tree would benefit from minor tip-reduction (absolute max. 2m) to outer areas of crown overhanging the road and in the immediate vicinity of the War Memorial and gable/roof of the church. Minimal reduction fragile elements of aerial deadwood to retain/cultivate safe decaying habitat. Removal/reduction of very lowest limbs over graves adjacent to road to The Causeway. Yew Group (Fastigiate yews - various). To reinstate original management regime: Re-bollard at approx 1m above ground to rejuvenate. To optimise regeneration, it will be necessary to crown-lift some of the adjacent limes (no higher than 6m) to improve light penetration. Various ashes adjacent to the 'new' graveyard are showing clear symptoms of Hymenoscyphus fraxea. Pollarding of badly diseased ashes and removal of dead/dangerous limbs will be undertaken alongside the above works.
