T3; Large Bay, holly and cherry (on northern boundary) situated as detailed in the application is to have the following work carried out: the bay is to be reduced in height by a third and the holly and cherry reduced to a similar height. T4; Yew and cedar situated as detailed in the application is to have the following work carried out: Raise the crown to 4 metres above ground level, Crown clean the tree and reduce it away from the adjacent building to achieve a 4 metres clearance from the outer edges of the crown and the structure.
