The beech tree situated as detailed in the application is to have the following work carried out The crown is to be raised to achieve a 5.5 metres ground clearance. The crown overhanging the house is to be reduced to achieve a clearance of the the west facing end of the building of 1 metre. Crown overhanging the road is to be reduced back to the roadside edge. The remaining crown is to be crown cleaned removing dead dying and dangerous branches and shaped to fit the two areas of crown reduction south and east to leave the tree with a natural form. All reduction cuts are to be to strong growth points that are at least one third the diameter of the adjacent pruning point.
