Due to excessive shading and low amenity value we are proposing the following works: T1 - Willow reduce back from neighbouring property to fence line. T2 - Elm reduce to 3m. T3 - Apple remove lower limb and reduce weight in remaining crown. T4 - Variegated Acer - reduce by two to three meters and shape laterals accordingly.
