Large box elder to the rear of the property. There are two main upper branches to the tree. On 21st August 2020 one of these upper branches was blown down snapping off. The tree is now very unbalanced, leaning over, and swaying dangerously in the wind and is at risk of falling down damaging the property or persons. The remaining upper branch will need to be removed (pollarding) in order to try to save the tree and stop it from being blown over. The intention is to reduce the height of the tree to 5 metres.
