Horse Chestnut (number 6 on map attached) on periphery of garden is badly diseased, causes excessive shading and is of low amenity value. Concern that as disease progresses it may become dangerous to people. Propose to fell and remove the tree, plant herbaceous border in space created, as garden has many plentiful trees including other chestnuts already. Tree is not visible to public.
