T1 is a semi-mature Sequoia. It stands approx. 15-20m in height and the lower canopy is over the adjacent building and rear entrance. The tree has lost a number of limbs over the summer with several still hanging in the canopy. Over the August bank holiday weekend it shed two which caused some damage to neighbouring property. The owners had approached me prior to this to reduce the tree in order that the risk if more branches being shed is minimised. I propose that this is achieved by removing tip weight
