Proposal
Proposed works include a hip to gable end roof extension, a full size loft conversion including a rear dormer extension to accomodate a new primary bedroom and a front porch extension for a clock room. The site previously obtained planning permision for a rear ground floor and first floor extension (Reference: PP-12146374). We will be making some minor amendments in regards to design and the previously obtained planning permission. The amendments include changing the proposed ground floor and first floor roof form to a flat roof proposal. This will allow a more practical and functional proposal for the proposed loft dormer extension.
