Proposal

No trees have a Tree Protection Order. All trees lie in a conservation area. 1. We would like to removal and poison roots of 6 sycamore trees on the plot, especially the largest, (marked Sycamores 1-5) which run along the perimeter of the garden of 223 Archway Road and Cholmeley Park. Sycamore 6 has a smaller diameter of 10cm but has the potential to grow affect the surrounding fence and pavement and overgrow over the pavement area on Cholmeley Park. 2. We would like to remove and poison the roots of the 6 large lime trees (marked Limes 1-6), which run along the corner of the property and Archway Road and the corner of the property and 221 Archway Road. We would especially like to remove Limes 2 and 3 (bordering 221), Lime 6, 5 and 4 which are the tallest (between the property of 223 and Archway Road) which overgrow over Archway Road and have the possibility of impeding large buses and lorries. 3. We would like to remove and poison the roots of Ash 4 (small) and Ash 5 (the largest Ash) that run along the edge of 223 Archway Road and Archway Road and overgrow over Archway Road and have the possibility of impeding large buses and lorries. 4. We would like to prune Ashes 1-3 to ensure their root structures do not cause damage to the house and surrounding houses 5. We would like to remove approximately half of the fir trees (in a group of trees and hard to identify individually) on the border of the property with Archway Road, and then limit the height of the surrounding trees to 5 metres which overgrow over Archway Road and have the possibility of impeding large buses and lorries.
