Variation of conditions 2, 12 and 13 of planning permission ref: 2024/01093/FUL granted 1st October 2024 for the 'Installation of a floor mounted air conditioning unit with acoustic screenings at ground floor level to rear of the property; lowering part of the basement floor level by 200mm; refurbishment and conversion of the existing basement room from storage space into consultation rooms ancillary to the ground floor pharmacy including installation of emergency lights, fire alarms and air conditioning units; installation of a staff cycle store to the rear' to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include: re-positioning of the rear staircase, re-location of the cycle store and air conditioning units including the acoustic screenings (retrospective), and to update the condition wording of Conditions 12 and 13 to reflect the current drawings.
