The client has deemed the existing automatic entrance doors at the Matthias road entrance to be unsuitable for the proposed usage of the space and is so proposing development works to change the existing door to glazed, hinged, double doors. The doors are to be in the same location as the existing with no changes to structural openings. There is also an accessible WC with ventilation panel requirements to the external facades included in the submission. All interior proposals are indicative.
