Church Farm, Clemenstone
Proposal
1. Replace one second floor window, two French doors/windows on the first floor and one entrance gate to the rear courtyard. The replacements will be on a like-for-like basis, with the exception, that I am specifying Accoya hardwood timber rather than softwood, for extra durability. All joinery will have a painted finish, to match existing. 2. Replace lime cement fillets around existing windows where these have cracked and fallen off. 3. Renovate & redecorate all exterior joinery. I intend to change the paint colour from mid brown to a slate/lead grey 4. Replace approx. 6 slate roof tiles which have slipped - to match existing tiles.
