Fell and remove 2 x Cypress trees (C1 and C2), due to very large size, excessive shading, proximity to property, and damage caused to drainage system. 1 x Horse Chestnut (HC1), reduce crown by 25% to improve natural lighting and promote better growth of tree, hedgerow and grass area.
