For the avoidance of doubt, the mitigation measures to be implemented shall include those mitigation measures necessary to mitigate noise/tonal/acoustic impacts on this site as identified in the site wide Industrial / Commercial Noise Impact Assessment Report (produced by Enviro/Centre and dated July 2019) in support of the related planning approval 18/01756/EIA, in addition to the measures identified in the Affordable Housing Development Noise Impact Assessment (produced by EnviroCentre dated July 2020) submitted in support of this application.
