T1 Oak tree (Quercus Rober) - I am not sure if the tree is even within the conservation area but I am applying anyway to make sure everything is covered. The tree is leaning over the property and is very one sided with branches upon the western side, the side over the property. The proposed works is a crown reduction of 2-3 metres and to reduce lower branches on the eastern side by 1-2 metres to balance the tree and take weight off the western side and top of the tree to help balance it up.
