Our wish is to purchase a small amount of land from the owner of Shrubbs Farm, Mr Martin Liddell. Our current boundary is with Shrubbs Farm and has a ditch running between the farm field and our boundary fence. Mr Liddell has agreed in principal to sell us the piece of land and carry out the relevant ground work involved (removing foliage/overgrowth from the ditch area and bushes from our garden boundary line, laying a drainage pipe system and leveling the ground to make good for garden use). We wish to purchase the land for use as a family garden area, and would look to possibly erect a garden shed/cabin at some point in the future.
