I am seeking an EIA screening opinion for a new three span overhead spur which will be subject to Section 37 consent. All apparatus is as shown on the attached site plan and detailed in the screening application. Note that this application relates to the 3 span overhead spur from existing pole 10 of SSE's network only. A separate application will be made in regard the transformer pole and other overhead works by the mast. A Simplified Notification has already been determined from Highland Council under a joint application but separate screening opinions will be sought as well as separate Section 37 applications in due course.
