Proposal

EL:99/15 - T1 Oak tree - height approximately 18 metres and spread of approximately 14 metres. Proposed works are to reduce branches to the East overhanging astro turf area in primary school by approximately 1.5 - 2metres. Height of tree will not be affected by these works and spread will be approximately 12 metres. T2 Norway Maple tree - height of approximately 12 metres and spread of approximately 6 metres. Proposed works are to reduce lateral branches to the East by approximately 1 - 1.5 metres. Height of tree will not be affected by these works and spread will be reduced to 5 metres. T3 Oak tree - height of approximately 16 metres and spread of approximately 10 metres. Proposed works are to reduce lateral branches to the East by approximately 1.5 - 2 metres. These works will not affect the height of the tree and spread will be reduced to approximately 8 metres. T4 Oak tree - height of approximately 16 metres and spread of approximately 9 metres. Proposed works are to reduce lateral branches to the East by approximately 1.5 - 2 metres. These works will not affect the height of the tree and spread will be reduced to approximately 7-7.5 metres. These works are being carried out to give clearance from astro turf area beneath which a reasonably high use from pupils at the school, reducing end weight from branches and lessen the chance of contact and effects of OPM. Deadwood on school side will also be removed.
