Our existing fence is circa 2 metres high so we intend to make the new boundary fence that height too. We note that where a fence faces onto a road, it can be no more than 1 metre high, so our question is: Is it possible to retain the fence at 2 metres high throughout without dropping it to 1 metre at the cul-de-sac turning point?
