Prior Notification (Agricultural) - There is currently a bell junction field entrance in place on the north of Lower Falkenham Road, Falkenham. The access is situated adjacent to the Limes,Falkenham and directly opposite 2 Pillar box Cottage, Falkenham. This was put in place as temporary by East Anglia One project, as they used this farm trackand the junction to access their temporary site.As their use of the site is now over, we wish to keep the bell junction as it is much safer for farm machinery to access, and to join Lowe Falkenham Road.As the bell junction is currently in place and granted under temporary use, no significant works would have to take place, but planning permission is needed.
