Application to vary condition no. 2 which states "The accommodation hereby permitted shall be and shall remain incidental to the use of the dwelling known as Chapel Farm, shall not be sold or let off separately, and shall be used only by Mr Derek Handley and/or Mrs Kathleen Handley. The use hereby permitted shall cease at such time as Mr Derek Handley and/or Mrs Kathleen Handley no longer occupy the premises or at such time as the applicants no longer occupy the main dwelling, Chapel Farm, or whichever is the sooner" to read "The accommodation hereby permitted shall be and shall remain incidental to the use of the dwelling known as Chapel Farm and shall not be sold or let off separately" as imposed on planning permission ref no. S/169/01406/11.
