Application for approval to vary, Condition No. 3 which states: "The touring caravan site hereby permitted shall be limited to the parts of the site shown on drawing number DQ-187-SL2 submitted with the application as 'Touring Caravan Pitches' and shall not be used between 1st October in any one year and 31st March in the succeeding year. During the close season no touring caravans shall be stored on the site, the subject of this application, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority", as imposed on planning permission ref. no. N/162/1719/11 to read: "The touring caravans shall be limited to the parts of the site shown on drawing number DQ-187-SL2 submitted with the application as 'Touring Caravan Pitches' and only occupied during 15th of March and the 31st October in any one year, except that, in years when the Autumn half term school holiday falls within November then the period is extended to the Sunday at the end of that half term holiday. Outside this period the touring caravans shall be removed off the site or to the designated caravan storage area on the site."and Condition No. 4. which states: "The static caravans hereby permitted shall be located on the site in accordance with the details shown on drawing number DQ-187-SL2 submitted with the application only and shall not be occupied between 1st October in any one year and 31st March in the succeeding year"as imposed on planning permission ref. no. N/162/1719/11 to read: "The static caravans hereby permitted shall only be located on the site in accordance with the details shown on drawing number DQ-187-SL2 submitted with the application and shall only be occupied between the 15th of March and the 31st October in any one year, except that, in years when the Autumn half term school holiday falls within November then the period is extended to the Sunday at the end of that half term holiday."
