Variation of Conditions 2 (approved plans) pursuant to planning permission (ref: 3/22/0454/LBC Dated 13/12/2022) for (Single storey infill extension incorporating roof light, single storey rear extension. Insertion of windows to rear first and ground floor elevations and insertion of roof light to rear. Alterations to patio. Alterations to external door. Removal of rear chimney stack, new boiler flue. Internal alterations to include; removal and creation of internal walls and doors at first and ground floor level; creation of bathroom; removal of internal steps.; reconstruction of the "structure" of the floor surface on part of the ground floor; addition of insulation; removal of water tank and bulkhead; replacement of services including boiler; repairs to finishes and defective structure.). Amendments to include alterations to internal walls which has affected the lead roof and also a change in the proposed structure to the link/extension. Alterations to the extent of the new paving.
