Remove rotten sections of 6 window frames and or sills & epoxy repairs or replace with new to match existing, being like for like. The central metal frames panel to the bahtroom & bedroom windows are to be retained. The existing 3 bays of each of these windows have previously been repaired & glazed in large squares of clear float glass. These are to be replaced with new leaded lights to match the original manufacture.
