T1, Oak: To reduce the height by between 2 and 2/12 metres and reduce the extended limbs on the western aspect by 3 metres. Historically this tree was sub-dominant to a very mature lime tree which has now disappeared and left an oak with a very pronounced lean towards the neighbours house (no 19) . We want to redress the lean as much as we can. This was applied for in 2009 but not implemented REF 09/1593/TRE.
