Non material variation to planning permission 20/00248/FULL - Reduce the number of raised planters and relocate to hardstanding areas to be more wheelchair accessible. Increase the overall Size/area of rear hardstanding areas to provide improved wheelchair accessible access around relocated raised planters. Permeable pavers at car parking areas to be changed from Marshalls Priora, Colour - Natural (Grey) to Laird Properm, Colour - Grey. Paving flags at access paths and rear hardstandings to be changed from Tobermore textured flags Colour Charcoal and Natural (Grey) to Marshalls Pimple Paving, Colour (Grey). Roof tiles changed from Redland Mini Stonewold, Colour Charcoal grey to Redland Grovebury, Colour (Slate Grey). Remove raised planters acting as retaining elements and replace with New timber permacrib retaining wall to Northwest boundary of site to address existing site levels. Remove existing tree at east boundary of site to allow for retaining wall works. Offset planting via 1no. new young tree to be provided within overall landscaping scheme.
