Non material amendment to Planning Permission No. 2/2017/0428/HOUSE to replace depth of extension from 4935mm to 4000mm. Remove small rear entrance porch and single rear door and replace 2700mm patio doors with 3000mm patio doors. Reduce height of the ridge of the gable roof on extension from 4000mm to 3500mm.
