Crown lift to remove branches overhanging property (including outbuildings) of the tree identified as T1 beech on the plan. All branches below the red line shown in Photo 1, which overhang the property, to be cut back. Branches of T3 beech which are low hanging and which overhang the property to be cut back. T2 sycamore and T4 sycamore do not appear to have any overhanging branches however due to the density of the canopy it is difficult to be certain - if any low hanging branches do overhang, these will also be cut back. , Works to be completed by a professional & fully insured tree surgeon. , Regarding ownership: The trees are located at the rear of 174 Stonelow Road. The exact location of the rear boundary of the property is unclear; therefore precise ownership of the trees is unclear - for this reason I have completed the ownership details as unknown, though we do believe that at least T1, which requires the majority of work, is within our boundary and therefore ownership. Land to the southeast of the stream, labelled on the plan, is owned by the council. However ownership of the strip of land to the northwest of the stream, up to the rear boundaries of the properties on Stonelow Road, is unclear - title plans show there is a gap between the stream and rear boundaries of the properties on Stonelow Road, but it's not clear how large this gap is. This strip of land is a steep bank. The council have confirmed they do not own this land, as their ownership ends at the stream.
