Application for T1 Fraxinus excelsior - common ash: remove back to the main stem the smaller branch (<1m out from the main union) on western side (over the boundary). This height to be carried across around the rest of the crown of the tree also removing the large over extended low limb on the south-eastern side. The remaining large two limbs over the neighbouring boundary top be reduced in mass by 30% by the selective removal of between 2-3 metres from the branch tips depending on the opportunities for cutting back to suitable live growth in each instance. This is in practice a reduction of leaf mass of approx. 25% reducing radial spread from 6-7m to 4-5m the height to remaining untouched.
